This is a very special whisky. It originates from one of the first organic farms in Denmark, located in northern Jutland. The family grows their own grain and draws water from their own spring — everything is done in-house. The whisky is matured for three intense years in small, high-quality ex-Oloroso casks. It’s something else.

These are the last bottles from an older batch that’s no longer readily available. We’d love to keep them for ourselves, but we prefer to share the pleasure. Please drink them. Let them be an investment in your joy of life — not your bank account. Cheers.
